Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd has developed a variety of teaching resources including a DVD featuring Chris Tarrant and Gary Lineker, posters and publicity ideas. These materials are designed to help boost recycling in schools and colleges whilst raising awareness of the importance of textile recycling and its impact on the environment.
A copy of the DVD featuring Chris and Gary is available on request, along with the rest of the 'schools pack'. At eight minutes long, it is aimed at pupils and is ideal for use in assemblies or as a teaching aid.
