Clothing banks: if you would like to report a bank which is full, or have any queries regarding any of our banks, please call our helpdesk on 0845 458 1999.

Door-to-door collections: if you’re a member of the public and would like to report a missed collection or require any help regarding The National Clothing Collection Scheme, please call 0845 458 1812.
